Harmony Series of MPEG-2 Decoder Circuit Boards

Harmony 2ES and Harmony 4ES
The Harmony series of
professional MPEG-2 decoder cards from Visual Circuits feature
standard component, RGB (sync on green), s-video or composite output and Dolby
Digital audio output. Harmony cards are
ideal for demanding, high-end multimedia
applications.
A high-quality, 256-color on-screen display
feature allows for graphics or text information
to be overlaid on the video with varying levels
of transparency. Create eye-catching kiosks,
entertainment, visual merchandising and
video-on-demand applications by integrating
high-quality graphics over video.
The Harmony 2ES and 4ES are identical in specifications and features, the
only difference is the number of channels on board. Harmony 2ES and 4ES cards
are multi-card enabled, and are compatible with each other within the same
computer system, so they can be mix-and-matched for exactly the number of
channels required. Cross-channel synchronization can be achieved across
multiple cards, allowing for elaborate multi-channel synchronized presentations.
A complete C or Visual Basic programming
library with sample source code and function
calls is provided. This Software Development
Kit provides the necessary tools to develop
advanced digital video playback applications
under Windows XP / 2000 / NT 4.0.
The Harmony Series cards by Visual Circuits enables companies to use digital media technology to
improve their business, personalize their
messages and communicate more effectively
with customers and employees.
