you purchased a Focus Enhancements / Visual Circuits Digital Video Player from OOH Video
Systems Ltd or from one of our resellers, or if you purchased an
MPEG decoder board either from us or directly from Focus
Enhancements / Visual Circuits
in the past, please contact us directly for technical support.
Do not contact Focus Enhancements technical support. They will
simply forward your inquiry to us, which will result in a delay in
getting your issue addressed.

TrainingOOH Video Systems Ltd. provides training for all our customers either in person, or remotely, via telephone.
Focus Enhancements Firefly and Mantis servers also feature remote login via
built-in Webview module, which can be used for remote support purposes.
Remote login software can be installed in custom servers for support and
training purposes. For remote support or training, customers must ensure
broadband internet connectivity to the unit, and have all connection
information (IP address, username, password) ready. To arrange remote
or in-person training, please contact our Technical Support personnel at
